This book is my “go to” for information for the zone diet. I can figure out how to eat anything and still stay in the zone. I would highly reccommend it.

Good information.
Many fresh fruits and vegetables are not listed. Mostly canned, frozen, and processed foods are listed.
The organization within the main categories is difficult to navigate. Rather than listing “fruits” within the Carbohydrate category and putting all fruits under that heading, they are listed alphabetically within the category and mixed in with everyting else.

Nothing new about chelation therapy here, not very thourough. This is not the best book if someone is looking to actually DO chelation and wants to learn about it. So far Andy Cutlers book seems to have a lot of information and makes sense.

Customer Review: good information but take responsibility for yourself
I thought this had good nutritional information however it is your responsibility if you are fat to take care of yourself and change the thinking and spiritual distress that is behind your eating patterns. I think the information lacks a spiritual basis and that is the core problem for some fat people. Of course, there are medical and pathophysiological reasons for being overweight too. This DVD can help you with better eating habits and possibly help you decide if you have mental/spiritual problems that lead to overeating and physical distress or just bad eating habits.
Customer Review: GOOD DOCUMENTARY WITH GOOD REALISTIC SOLUTIONS
This documentary initially discusses all the elements that cause people, especially Americans, to become obese. It provides a solution that should be obvious, but actually the solution presents a great contrast to how our society views exercise and diet. The documentary actually explores this contrast as well. Complete with case studies, scientific backing, and examples, this has to be one of the more complete approaches to not only losing weight, but also living healthy. I removed a star because of the title. It actually is your fault that you are fat. When I saw Gary Null in a seminar, that was the first thing he said when he discussed this documentary. However, I got a feeling that he regreted the title…in fact, all other Gary Null products are titled much better.
